（四）岗位职责（Job description）：
1. 协助销售主管制定并积极执行公司的市场战略（Help marketing Director to develop and execute sales strategies）;
2. 能够建立中文教材及中国文化产品的销售渠道，与美国本土书店、大中小学的保持长期沟通与联络（Develop sale channels for company’s text books and other products; visit bookstores and develop relationships with them）;
3. 独立完成公司的市场调研和产品销售，积极收集并掌握客户的反馈信息（Accomplish market survey and collect feedback from customer）;
4. 完成部门主管交待的其他工作（Other works appointed by your supervisor）.
（五）岗位要求（Job qualification）：
1. 美国公民America citizens；
2. 中文、对外汉语和市场营销专业者优先candidate who major in Chinese language and literacy or marketing has a preference；
3. 在中国留学进行汉语言学习至少一年以上，具有从事汉语教育、英语教育及教育文化产品销售工作经验者优先candidate who has experience of learning Chinese more than one year or has experience in education product sales business has a preference；
4. 热爱中国语言和中国文化，具有流利汉语表达能力者优先candidate who understand and interest in Chinese language and culture, especially be able to speak Chinese, has a preference；
5. 从事过相应的客户服务工作，并具有相关工作经验experience in customer service；
6. 具有推动团队创新发展的工作能力innovation and passion；
7. 具有良好的口语表达和文字写作能力well communication in both oral and writing；
8. 具有团队领导能力和团队协作能力ability in working and leading a team；
9. 根据不同层次人群，能够建立稳定的交往联系keep contact with potential customer from different background；
10. 具有较高的热情，具备适应不同工作环境的应变能力posse a high energy level and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the process that supports new business acquisition；
11. 凡应聘人员，需在7月份之前在北京语言大学出版社海外部进行实习，实习考核优秀者优先录用。
