题目给出的问题大多是当今社会的热门话题，要求考生针对该问题进行论述，或指出问题的危害，或分析问题的原因，最后给出解决问题的建议。写好此类文章的关键是“解决”问题。开篇要提出问题，可以适当描述一下人们对该问题的普遍态度和看法;主题要详细阐述该问题，或说明其起因，或论述其危害，或两者兼而有之;最后提出解决问题的办法，给出的办法应既符合逻辑又合乎情理。
