职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.Set up, implement and maintain the Company’s financial and accounting systems in accordance to the Group Policy and Accounting Procedures;
2.Accurately prepare, analyze and timely submit financial reports to Corporate, Regional and Greater China office;
3.Formulate annual budget and quality rolling forecast;
4. Ensure integrity, safeguard company assets and good control over operation and minimize business and financial risk;
5.Responsible for SOX and internal control requirement, and continuously drive for improvement over identified weakness;
6.Analyze divisions performance and other information, proactively recommend proposals for corrective actions, drive operations to improve in operational efficiency and control;
7.Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, Government authorities, etc, ensuring ongoing and full compliance with local regulation and practice;
8.Collaborate with FSU to gain maximum accounting efficiency;
9.Act as Compliance officer for the unit;
10.Lead and develop the finance team;
11.Actively support and help realize business initiative, and participate in future M&A projects;
12.Other ad hoc projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline;
2.5-8 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing operation, including 2-3 years in similar management role;
3.Hands on person with initiative, analytical, good problem solving and communication skill;
4.Qualified CPA, knowledge of local taxation and foreign exchange policy, familiar with US GAAP and SOX;
5.Good command of English.
