Job Title : Operation Analyst (21:00p.m. to 06:00a.m.)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level
· Trade Amendments or
· Trade Corrections or
· Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances or
· Fail Monitoring
2) Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1) Knowledge of the securities industry
2) Strong interpersonal skills
3) Ability to work and communicate with team members
4) Strong analytical skills
5) Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
6) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1) Graduate preferably in commerce or accounts
2) 1 year of relevant experience would be preferable
3) CET-6 is must,good at oral English is preferred
4) Good analytical skills
5) Good attention to detail
6) Aptitude for understanding technology
7) Independent decision making
8) Should be willing to work in a BPO setup
