Congratulations! You just got hired as an EF360. It's Day One on the job, and this is your first mission. You are asked to design and execute an event of your choice that is aimed at recruiting 100,000 young people aged 18-22 to a new EF program. You are given USD 50,000, an electronic moped with unlimited battery life, 3,000 baseball bats, and 500 round trip tickets to Malta. Your boss wants the event to go live in 3 months.
Tell us about what this new EF program might be, your proposed event, your action plan for the next 3 months, and a financial forecast for the next 3 years. How will you ensure that you’ll reach your target? Who would you hire for your team? How are you thinking about starting a new program for EF? Hint: this is the time to show us your business savvy, entrepreneurial spirit, and creativity! We look forward to hearing what you dream up.
Any creative format is welcome, although video submissions should be captivating and under three minutes and written proposals should be brilliant and under 500 words.
