中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所是由中国科学院、上海市政府、法国巴斯德研究所三方共建的科学研究机构，面向国家传染病预防与控制的重大需求和国际前沿，围绕重大传染性疾病的致病机制、免疫应答规律及防治策略，开展基础和应用型研究，教育和培养创新型人才。
上海巴斯德所虫媒病毒研究组课题组以黄病毒科(Flaviviridae)和披膜病毒(Togaviridae)的虫媒病毒为主要研究对象，这两种虫媒病毒给公共卫生和安全带来了巨大的威胁，但目前还没有针对性的疫苗和药物，关于这些病毒在细胞和分子水平上的细胞嗜性和致病机理更是存在很多未知。我们通过体内外实验，揭示病毒致病因子、宿主促病毒因子或者限制性因子。特别关注i)在病毒进入细胞、跨种传播和易感性中发挥重要作用的宿主因子ii)蚊虫体内影响病毒复制和传播的细胞反应和信号通路。现因工作需要,招聘如下岗位:
一、博士后（1名）
1．工作内容
1）开展新发突发病毒性传染病致病机制的课题研究。
2）建立流感病毒、虫媒病毒的细胞感染模型和条件性敲除小鼠感染模型。
3）研究限制性宿主因子在新发突发病毒的病毒复制和疾病发生发展中的作用，评价其作为治疗性药靶的应用价值。
2．岗位要求
1）病毒学或相关专业近期博士毕业。
2）具有扎实的病毒学研究背景，熟练掌握分子病毒学、分子生物学、细胞生物学实验技术；具有动物实验研究经验者优先。
3）有优秀的独立开展课题的能力；工作认真踏实，有高度的责任心、进取心和主动性；乐于学习新知识与新技术。
4）富有团队合作精神和良好的人际沟通能力，有较强的英文交流和读写能力，协作能力强。
5）以第一作者发表过一篇或以上SCI收录的论文

Post-doc positions available at laboratory of interspecies transmission of arboviruses and therapeutics research
The laboratory of interspecies transmission of arboviruses and therapeutics research is recruiting an associate investigator and a post-doc. The unit focuses on arthropod-borne viruses (arboviruses) which are transmitted from insects to hosts following blood meals. These arboviruses, including viruses in Flaviviridae and Togaviridae family, have been a dramatic resurgence or emergence of epidemic virus diseases affecting both humans and domestic animals. For instance, up to 400 million people are infected with Dengue flavivirus (DENV) annually and more than 2.5 billion people are at risk of contracting DENV infection. Despite the high public health threat caused by these viruses, many questions about the tropism and pathogenesis at the cellular and molecular level remain unanswered. By studying both infections in mammals and insects, in vitro and in vivo, our global project wants to unveil the viral and/or host factors responsible for pathogenicity or resistance to infection. These understanding will help to develop new strategies to fight these public health and veterinary threats.
The following positions are open:
1. Post-doc
The candidates are in charge of:
--Pathogenesis study on emerging and re-emerging viruses that cause epidemics and pandemics in human and in animals.
--Build up cell-culture infection system and conditional KO mouse infection system for arboviruses and influenza viruses.
--study the role of host restriction factor in virus replication and disease development, and evaluate the potentials of these host factors as drug targets for emerging and re-emerging viruses.
Requirements:
--Virology or related research background, get PhD degree recently.
--Research and education background in virology or related field, familiar with techniques in molecular virology, molecular biology, and cell biology; research experience with mice experiments are preferred.
--Welling to lean new knowledge and technologies, work independently and corporately.
--Fluent in English, and strong ability in English reading and writing.
--One or more high-profiled publications as first authors.
