What you will be doing
The International Chinese Graduate Program for newly graduated master's students is an 18-month journey, consisting of three rotations. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and high expectations will be set for you. The flow and content of the rotations are shaped individually to suit your skills and development needs while meeting our business requirements and addressing our focus areas. All rotations are shaped as shown below:
Rotation 1
The first rotation takes place in our regional headquarters in Beijing, China.
Rotation 2
The second rotation brings you to our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Rotation 3
Finally, your third rotation is back in the regional headquarters in China.
