·Consistently acquire new customers and develop new channels.
·Plan and conduct sales promotion activities with developers and agents
·To conduct extensive and systematic sales expansion activities and account management activities in promoting designated products and services.
·To maximize cross sell opportunities.
·To comply with Money Laundering Prevention(MLP) Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity and report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

·完成或超额完成指定的销售目标;
·开发与维护房产中介和房地产开发商，促进业务往来;
·持续不断地进行新业务和新渠道的开发;
·进行广泛和系统的促销活动，对指定产品和服务进行营销;
·确保最大化的交叉销售机会;
·提供高质量、高效的售前和售后服务;
·遵守所有相关的反洗钱程序，对于所有可疑事件，及时向部门反洗钱主管和直线经理汇报。
Selection Criteria:
·College or above;
·At least 1yr mortgage or real estate agency experience;
·Know very well about the local culture;
·Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure and can face to frustration and failure;
·Quick learner;
·Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job;
·Good customer communication skills and easy going person;
·Better manners and appearance, presentable person.
