职位描述
Job description:
Cooperate with product center in the group to build up products’ knowledge in the company
Plan and optimize the layout of the workshop to continuously improve the productivity
Prepare specification, BOM, drawing, working instruction for the products
Provide technical support to other departments and site engineer, solve technical problems
Supervise the design of the pressure vessel （压力容器）
Lead the products transfer from group to China
Coach and develop the subordinates to establish technical competence in China
Lead and drive the continuous improvement on quality, process, cost
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering related major;
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience of manager role in machinery industry;
3.Strong technical knowledge and the experience of product design andmanufacturing process,
4.Experience in pressure vessel design is preferred;
5.Open minded and willingness to learn new knowledge
6.Good management and communication capability, working under constant pressure,
7.Team player, dynamic, analytical and good problem solving abilities;
8.Experience of lean manufacturing will be a plus
9.Fluent English is essential
