职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Collect Q-data and assure procedures for data tracking are in place in cooperation with other departments.
2. Develop and improve quality monitoring, verify and determine cost of faults/non-confs in corporation with other departments.
3. Analyze quality results of production corresponding to process settings in corporation with other departments.
4. Be part of PPI teams and assist in transformation of as-is QC into to-be QA (from output check to preventive checks) and implementation of tools according to QA program.
5. Assist defined 8D / 4D teams during launch of projects, root cause analysis, action definition and ways of working.
6. Prepare, document and execute new training related to process changes or other updates.
7. Work together with CSC and OPS team to assure improved transformation of selected claims by QAM into 8D / 4D projects and feedback to customers.
8. Elaborate Q-demands defined by customer and settings of production process step together with team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above; Major in Industrial Management or Project Management;
2. At least 3 years’quality related work experience. Experience in multinational corporation is preferred;
3. Be familiar with quality management related tools. Experience in 8D and 4D project is a plus.
4. Great communication, cooperation and coordinate skills, a good team member;
5. Excellent expression and comprehension skills both in Mandarin and English;
