Job Duties &Responsibilities:
1. Assist and facilitate COO in day-to-day activities.
2. Serve as the point of contact of COO office for internal and external matters.
3. Screen and handle telephone calls, inquiries and requests, if appropriate.
4. Organize, plan and coordinate meetings and conference calls. Responsible for distribution of agenda and materials or collecting of pre-meeting information from attendees. Take minutes for meetings hosted by COO as well as to follow up and monitor the completion of tasks discussed in the meeting.
5. Provide assistance to COO to produce presentation materials in PPT.
6. Handle confidential information.
7. Screen requests from BUs and SUs for company seal.
8. As reviewer for expenses send to COO office for approval.
9. Maintain COO’s personal record (travel record, leave record, etc)
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor or above.
2. A quick learner.
3. Fresh graduate is acceptable.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Logical thinking, independent working and problem-solving abilities.
8. Teamwork spirit, Self-motivated, sensitive to details.
