职位描述
Requirement:
1. Willingness for intensive training also in Germany for the next 2 years depending on the current
knowledge.
2. High commitment to quality and accuracy
3. Willingness to work as a toolmaker in China for minimum 2 years or long term after the end of the
qualification.
4. Good communication skills to train Chinese employees and to discuss technical problems with
German toolmakers or German tooldesigners.
Tasks:
1. Maintenance and Optimization of multi stage forming tools
2. Setup and adjustment of multi stage stamping- and forming tools on automatic and manual presses
3. Perform tooling alterations as required
4. Train the toolmakers' team
5. Support continuous improvement of existing mule stage stamping and forming tools
6. Suggest improvements and discuss them with German toolmakers or German tooldesigners.
