职位描述
I.POSITION PURPOSE:
Support Finance Manager for internal reporting requirements, strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
II.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
Support management reporting ?Complete, correct and within deadline.
Support finance reviews for Changzhou un-manufacturing functions Provide financial data within deadline to predefined format
Local HFM monthly uploading and closing ?
Ensure puncture month end closing
Consolidation CZ financial forecasts & budgets ?
Coordination and review of inputs
Provide Centurion Opex report and review with UK team ?
Timely and reasonable analysis and review
Be consultable for local financial treatment ?
Help a healthy and accurate accounting booking
Strategic business plan support ?As required
Ad hoc analysis ?As required
Special Project As required
III.FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Most work is task driven and is as a support function for business reporting requirements both within finance and other business functions
Sound financial background a pre-requisite
IV.BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Basic understanding of business structure and products is advantageous.
V.LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
No supervisory responsibility.
VI.PROBLEM SOLVING:
Application of finance techniques to analyze problems
Referral to supervisor for resolution of new problems.
VII. NATURE OF IMPACT
Ensures completeness and accurateness of accounts for management reporting purposes. Allow management to review and analyse actual business performance.
Ensures completeness and accurateness of reports used for audit purposes. Legal requirement.
VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
Department – Month end information flow. Consistency of problem solving/reporting across the department.
Function – Monthly actual/ management reporting.
Internal – support to supervisor for the internal reporting, business financial support
IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Liaison and dealing with other functions o
Other finance contacts – regular contact regarding month end, quarterly and adhoc issues.
X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Solid accounting knowledge
A university or business school degree in finance or business
3-5 years practical experience in Finance related jobs
Fluency in English and Chinese
Strong computer skills (especially HFM ,excel, powerpoint)
Knowledge of SAP
