Speaking is possible but difficult for the deaf. Because they cannot hear their own voices, it takes a lot of training to be able to make the c  82   sounds, and not all deaf people can get this skill. And just as different countries usually speak different languages, most countries have their own variation (变化) of sign language.
In addition to knowing sign language, it is also helpful to know s   85   about how deaf people communicate.  Hand waving or hitting a table or the floor  to get someone's attention is fine. Also, lots of eye  c 86      is necessary. Information can be read from their eyes.
