永州市2013年高考第一次模拟考试英语听力测试现在开始,听力部分共分两节。
Part I Listening Comprehension
Section A
Directions: In this section you’ll hear six conversations between two speakers. For each conversation, there are several questions and each question is followed by three choices marked A, B and C. Listen carefully and then choose the best answer for each question.
You will hear each conversation Twice.
Example:

W: Where do you play pool?
M: There’s a pool table right next to my radio station at school, so I usually play a lot there.

The London newspaper that is best known outside Great Britain is probably The Times.It began in 1785, and has a high reputation for believable news and serious opinions on the news.It calls itself an independent paper, which means that it does not give its support to a particular political party.Its leading articles give the opinions of the editors, not those of the owners of the paper.
Letters to the editor are printed in the newspaper.These parts of the Times are always interesting.Most of the letters are on serious subjects.But from time to time there will be long letters on the subject which is not at all serious, perhaps on a new fashion of dress, or the bad manners of the young people, compared with manners of thirty years ago.

One possible version:
Conflicts with others are common in everyday life. During the basketball game yesterday afternoon, Su Hua and Li Jiang, who are good friends, bumped into each other, trying to catch the ball. Then they started shouting and yelling, and it turned into a horrible quarrel.
To be honest, it was Su’s fault but Li was also to blame — they were not calm enough and both said some really mean things. They cared too much about winning and losing. As a matter of fact, blocking, pushing and bumping are just part of a tough game. Fortunately, after the head teacher’s instruction, they forgave each other very soon and became good friends again.
In my opinion, to avoid such conflicts, we should be kind to one another. It is also a virtue to forgive and forget, especially in such a competitive and stressful society. Instead of blaming each other, we should communicate more and put ourselves in others’ place. Don’t be self-centered and try to be considerate. We must learn to handle conflicts calmly and wisely.

一、评分原则
1、本题总分为25分,按5个档次给分。
2、评分时,先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求衡量,确定或调整档次,最后给分。
3、评分时,应注意的主要内容:内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文连贯性及语言的得体性。
4、拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面,评分时,应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
5、如书写较差,以至影响交际,将分数降低一个档次。
