第三节 书面表达（满分35分）
一、评分原则
1. 考生所得分数一律用整数表示。
2. 每出现一个要点用符号 “O”表示。如判为半个要点，则用符号 “__”表示。如有语言错误，在错误的下方用横线标出。卷面上不能标注其他符号。
3. 总体评分原则：要点+语言表述。原则上按文章所表达的要点数归档。如考生写出所有要点，语言表达好，可打该档最高分；如考生写出所有要点，但语言错误较多，可降一档（如错误太多、可取降档后之低线）。
4. 在同一档次内，根据语言错误的多少确定分值。具体描述如下：

五、One possible version:
Recently our class has had a heated discussion about whether Network Real- name System should be taken. People differ in their opinions of such a system. Some people agree that the system would be useful, as they believe it would help manage the network effectively. A real name system could help stop online crime and protect copyright in our country. More importantly, the system would increase people’s sense of responsibility as netizens. However, others disagree with the idea of such a system. One reason is that Internet users’ personal information could be stolen or misused. In addition, people fear that netizens may become afraid to express themselves freely, thus limiting their freedom on the Internet. For my own part, I believe it is high time that a network real name system was enforced. It would improve the network environment and create a more harmonious society.
