德州市2015年初中学业水平考试说明
英    语
I. 命题指导思想
一、英语学科考试以现行《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)和现行教材为依据,本说明就考试的依据和命题范围、考试的内容和形式都作了规定,是2015年初中学业水平考试命题和学生复习备考的依据。
二、命题重视“新语境”的创设与运用,考查学生综合语言运用能力。
三、试题总分值保持稳定,本着初高衔接的原则,试题题目类型和分值进行了个别调整,体现新课程理念。
四、命题力求科学、准确、公平、规范,试卷应有较高的信度、效度、必要的区分度和适当的难度。
II.考试的内容及要求
依据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)规定的五级目标要求,确定本学科考试内容。考生应在英语语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识等方面达到相应水平。对语言知识、语言运用的具体要求如下:
一、语言知识
(一)语音
要求考生能听懂并使用自然规范的语音语调的英语表达,养成语义与语境、语调与语流相结合听说意识,不能单纯追求单音的准确性,养成良好的听和发音习惯。对重音、连读、爆破、弱读、同化、语调、节奏能都有一定程度的了解和掌握,在听力部分得以体现。
(二)词汇
要求考生掌握并运用《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)五级要求规定的英语语音、词汇、语法、功能意念和话题(见课标),要求词汇量为1500~1600个,掌握基本词义和用法,以及在特定语境中的意义,并学会使用200~300个习惯用语和固定搭配。
(三)语法
要求考生根据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)五级要求规定的英语语法项目表(P46, 附录2),掌握语法基本知识,能融入到运用语言的实践活动中,突出其表意价值,在用英语做事情的过程中学习和掌握语法项目表所列出的各项内容,在综合运用中接受考查和评价。在五级语法知识标准中要特别注意体会行为动词的意义:
1. 理解附录“语法项目表”中所列语法项目并能在特定语境中使用;
2. 了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能;
3. 在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能;
4. 理解并运用恰当的语言形式描述人和物;描述具体事件和具体行为的发生、发展过程;描述时间、地点及方位;比较人、物体及事物等。
(四)功能
在交往中恰当理解和运用本级别所列功能意念的语言表达形式(具体内容参见课标附录4)。
(五)话题
围绕本级别所列话题恰当理解和运用相关的语言表达形式(具体内容参见课标附录5)。
二、语言运用
1.听
要求考生能听懂所熟悉话题的简单的句子,听懂短话和长对话及短文。考生应能:
(1)能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图;
(2)能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点;
(3)能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意;
(4)能听懂接近正常语速的故事和叙述,理解故事的因果关系;
(5)能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应;
(6)能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
2. 说
要求考生在听力部分渗透口语表达的题目中,做出适当反应。考生应能:
(1)能救简单的话题提供信息,表达简单的观点和意见,参与讨论;
(2)能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务;
(3)能在口头表达中新型适当的自我修正;
(4)能有效的询问信息和寻求帮助;
(5)能根据话题进行情景会话;
(6)能用英语表演短剧;
(7)能在以上口语活动中躲到语音、语调自然,语气恰当。
3. 读
要求考生能读懂书报杂志等中的一般性话题的简短文段或者公告说明广告等,并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能:
(1)能根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义;
(2)能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系;
(3)能找出文章中的主题,理解故事的情节,预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局,进行判断和推理;
(4)能读懂常见体裁的阅读材料;
(5)能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息;
(6)理解作者的观点、意图和态度。
4. 写
要求考生能根据提示进行书面表达。考生应能:
1.能根据写作要求,独立写作短文、短信等;
2.能简单描述人物或事件;
3.能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系,清楚连贯的传递信息,表达观点;
4.能根据所给图示或表格写出简单的段落或操作说明。
Ⅲ. 考试形式与试卷结构
一、考试形式
闭卷、笔试形式。考试限定用时为120分钟。
二、试卷结构
(一)题型结构
        试卷分为七个题目,满分120分。题型分为:选择题55个、填空题15个、问答题5个、写作1题。
    (二)难度结构
试题按其难度分容易题,中等题,难题。分值之比为5:3: 2。
Ⅳ、题型示例
一、听力部分(共25小题,计25分;每小题约有8秒钟的答题时间)
   本题需要听录音做选择题和填表题,共四部分,20个小题,每小题1分。
   (一)  1~5 小题:要求考生根据听到的句子,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出最佳答语。 每个句子读一遍。
(二)6~8小题:要求考生根据听到的三个句子,选择与句子内容相对应的图片。每个句子听两遍。
(三)9~14 小题:要求考生根据听到的5个小对话,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出能回答所给问题的正确选项。每段对话读两遍。
(四)15~20 小题:要求考生根据听到的两段长对话,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出能回答所给问题的正确选项。对话读两遍。
(五)21~25小题:要求考生根据听到的一篇短文或者长对话,填写所给表格。短文或者长对话读两遍。
二、单项选择(共10小题,计10分)
本题创设语境测试语法、习语、固定搭配、常用句式和交际用语等。
三、阅读理解(共20小题,计40分)
    本题共有四篇文章。要求考生阅读文章,根据其内容选择第36-55小题的最佳答案。
四、综合填空(共10空, 计10分)
阅读一篇短文,根据短文内容和首字母提示填空, 仅限填1个词。
五、完成短文(共5空,计5分)
阅读短文,从短文下面方框中的六个句子中选择五个还原到短文中,使原文意思完整、连贯。
六、阅读表达 (共5小题,计10分)
阅读短文,根据题目要求完成各小题。
七、书面表达(计20分)
根据图示、表格或文字提示等,写一段80~100字的短文,短文的开头已给出(不计入总词数)。要求所写短文内容完整,句子通顺内容与所给材料相符。

A six-year-old British girl, Mollie Price, is opening up her third candy store. She is said to be one of Britain’s youngest bosses. No matter how old your kids are, you can take steps to improve a healthy diet and to encourage good eating habits.
Tip One: Family Meals
Family meals are nice for both parents and kids. Children like to guess what they are going to have and parents get the chance to introduce new foods to children. Parents can also use the mealtime as a chance to talk with their kids about their life.
Tip Two: Healthy Snacks(零食)
