复旦大学创建于1905年，是中国人自主创办的第一所高等院校。历经110多载，复旦大学已发展为一所拥有人文社科和理工医艺等11个学科门类的国内一流、国际知名的综合性研究型大学。
在泛海集团的支持之下，复旦大学日前已正式批准筹建复旦-泛海国际金融学院（以下简称国金学院），并计划将该学院作为复旦创新型学院建设的示范。复旦-泛海国际金融学院将按世界一流水准办学，旨在汇聚国际一流师资，推动高端金融人才培养和高层次科学与政策研究，致力于打造具有国际重要影响力的一流金融学院和顶尖金融智库。
为了建设与学院发展目标相匹配的师资队伍，复旦大学现面向全球招聘金融学领域学术造诣高、国际视野宽的学术领军人才，以及具有较大发展潜力的学术新秀。
一、专业方向
招聘国际金融、金融市场与投资、公司金融、金融工程、风险管理、互联网金融、大数据金融等专业方向的教师。
二、申请人条件
1、教授
（1）应聘教授职位者，应具有金融、经济等学科博士学位，具有明确的研究方向和优秀的国际化学术背景，在金融相关领域学术造诣深厚和有较大的学术影响力。海外学者近五年在国际顶级经济、金融学期刊至少发表4篇A类论文，或者3篇A论文、2篇B类论文（复旦经院认定的A类和B类国际刊物）。国内学者近五年需以第一作者在复旦经济学院认定的国内A类经济学期刊（中国社会科学、经济研究）上至少发表4篇论文，或者国内3篇A类论文、2篇国内B类经济学期刊（世界经济、经济学季刊、管理世界、金融研究、财贸经济）论文，或与海外学者有同等的国际学术期刊论文发表水平。
(2)国内学者具有主持和组织团队进行课题研究的丰富经验，至少主持过（包括正在主持）二项国家级纵向课题。
（3）具有良好的教学能力和研究生培养能力。
（4）年龄50岁以下（含）。
2、副教授
（1）应聘副教授职位者，应具有金融、经济等学科博士学位，具有明确的研究方向和有一定的国际化学术背景，在金融相关领域有一定的学术影响力。海外学者近五年在国际顶级经济、金融学期刊至少发表2篇A类论文，或者1篇A论文、2篇B类论文（复旦经院认定的A类和B类国际刊物）。国内学者近五年需以第一作者在复旦经济学院认定的国内A类经济学期刊（中国社会科学、经济研究）上至少发表3篇论文，或者国内2篇A类论文、1篇国内B类经济学期刊（世界经济、经济学季刊、管理世界、金融研究、财贸经济）论文，或与海外学者有同等的国际学术期刊论文发表水平。
(2)国内学者具有主持和组织团队进行课题研究的丰富经验，至少主持过（包括正在主持）一项国家级纵向课题。
（3）具有良好的教学能力和研究生培养能力。
（4）年龄45岁以下（含）。
3、讲师
（1）应聘讲师职位者，具有金融、经济等学科博士学位，具有明确的研究方向，并在相关领域具有较大的发展潜力。海外获得博士学位者至少能够提供2篇代表其学术水平的工作论文。国内学者需以第一作者在复旦经济学院认定的国内A类经济学期刊（中国社会科学、经济研究）上至少发表2篇论文，或者国内1篇A类论文、2篇国内B类经济学期刊（世界经济、经济学季刊、管理世界、金融研究、财贸经济）论文。
（2）具有良好的教学能力。
（4）年龄38岁以下（含）。
以上各类教师招聘，具有海外教职的学者优先考虑。
三、岗位任务
1、 承担国金学院各类教学任务。
2、 代表复旦大学独立承担国家级、省部级课题等课题项目，以及有重要影响力国际合作项目和服务社会的研究项目。
3、开展金融学相关重大理论和政策问题的研究，在国内外顶级经济、金融学刊物上发表高水平学术论文。
4、参与学术、教学等领域的国际合作交流。
四、聘任期限和聘任待遇：
教授（长聘）聘用合同签订至法定退休年龄；副教授和讲师（预聘）每届聘期6年，3年中期考核，评估合格后可续聘；

Fudan University recruiting faculty for Fudan-Oceanwide International School of Finance
The first institution of higher education that Chinese took the initiative to set up, Fudan University has, over the 110 years' history since its establishment in 1905, grown into a top comprehensive research university in China with 11 disciplines in humanities, social sciences, science and engineering, medicine and art.
With the support from China Oceanwide Holdings Group, Fudan University has decided to set up Fudan-Oceanwide International School of Finance (FOISF), which will serve as a showcase for the establishment of innovative schools at Fudan. 2.3Candidates for assistant professor
2.3.1A PhD in finance or economics and potential in finance-related areas;
2.3.2At least 2 working papers if the candidate has obtained the PhD degree from overseas; At least 2 publication in Class A domestic journals recognized by Fudan School of Economics(Chinese Social Science, Economic Research Journal) as first author, or at least 1 publications in Class A domestic journals and 2 publication in Class B domestic journals as first author, if the candidate comes from within mainland China;
2.3.3Excellent teaching skills.
Candidates with overseas teaching posts will be preferred.
3. Job responsibilities will include
3.1 Teaching activities at FOISF;
3.2 Research projects with financing obtained from the central and local governments, and ministries, along with significant international projects and research projects to serve the society;
3.3 Research on significant financial theory and policy leading to publications in domestic and international top journals of economics or finance;
3.4 Participation in international exchange in research and teaching.
4. Term of employment and salary
One term will be six years and there will be a mid-term evaluation in the 3rd year. The appointment can be extended upon a satisfying eveluation. A tenured faculty position of the university will be provided to successful candidates from overseas.
The salary and benefits will be no less than those offered by a similar position around the world. The details will be discussed in person. All relevant preferential policies of the government and the university will be applied, and efficient administration staff will be in place.
