Job Description for Senior Chemist/Engineer
Location: Shunde
Job Responsibilities
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->Work with business team to identify and establish projects to support business growth, lead project and ensure meeting the target with high quality on time.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Responsible for driving R&D programs in the advanced material groups to develop environmently friendly high performance polymer, the duty includes lab scale development, process scale-up for pilot testing. Provide technical support for business needs.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->Identify new technologies/products with proper intellectual property protection, e.g. patents, to support the application of the National Hi-Tech Enterprise.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->Closely collaborate with R&D teams and other functions as needed to deliver results. Document and communication with key stakeholders.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->Prepares standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
Key Requirements
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->PhD degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Capable of experimental design, and familiarity with the synthesis of the polymer.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->Strong technical background with good understanding of implementation, and project management and data analysis skills are required.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->Strong problem solving skill and can work under pressure.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->Good command of written and spoken English.
