中国科学院上海辰山植物科学研究中心（以下简称辰山中心）由上海市政府和中国科学院合作共建，是中国科学院非法人研究单位，依托中国科学院上海生命科学研究院管理，致力于建成植物收集与管理、植物多样性保护和资源可持续利用的研究与开发基地，成为上海辰山植物园与国内外一流植物园交流合作的重要窗口。根据辰山中心的科研工作发展需要，现公开招聘辰山中心副主任1名。
一、岗位职责
负责重要科研项目的管理实施；是本领域杰出的学术、学科带头人，科研成果得到国内外同行认可；协助辰山中心科研规划、计划的制定与组织实施；组织协调辰山中心举办的国内外重大科研学术交流及会议等。其他职责包括：
1、参与研究所重大科研活动事项，提供科研管理决策的意见与建议；
2、协助主任做好部门内部、部门之间的沟通和协调，配合做好上级和其他监管部门对本中心的审计与监督检查工作；
3、完成单位领导和辰山中心主任交办的其他工作。
二、岗位要求
1、具有博士学位和教授级高工（或同等级）专业技术职称；具有正高级专业技术岗位任职经历，年龄不超过45岁；
2、具有丰富的科研管理经验，熟悉各类科研项目管理办法、程序、规定及条例；
3、遵守职业道德、爱岗敬业，具备良好的品行和服务意识；具有较强的组织协调和综合分析能力，以及处理复杂工作的管理能力，富有全局观和团队精神，原则性强，相容性好；
4、应具有较深的科研背景和较高的科研水平。
同时，还须符合国家及中科院关于干部聘用的相关规定。

Shanghai Chenshan Plant Science Research Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences
The Shanghai Chenshan Plant Science Research Center (Chenshan Center) is a research institute, created through collaboration between Shanghai's Municipal Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Chenshan Center is managed by Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, CAS , which is devoted to carrying out the plant diversity conservation, living plants collection and management, as well as the research of sustainable utilization of plant resource. For the development of Chenshan Center, we are recruiting a Deputy Director.
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Director will be involved in the management and implementation of key research programs; assist the Director with research development planning, including the making and the implementing of the plan; organize and coordinate scientific research and academic exchanges/symposiums at home and abroad.
Others:
1.Participate in important scientific research programs, give advice and suggestions on research management;
2.Assist the director with communication and coordination between staffs/departments; cooperate in audit work;
3.Accomplish other tasks assigned by the director.
To succeed in securing this role you will have:
1.A relevant PhD or a professor level senior engineer certification; experience in working with relevant programs, age no more than 45 years old;
2.Experience and knowledge in scientific research management;
3.High level interpersonal skills in terms of (written and oral) communication and facilitating work with others; high level skills in organization and collaboration with diverse people and groups;
4.Rich experience and relevant background with scientific research, high level of scientific research ability.
At the same time, it should also in line with the relevant provisions of the state and Chinese Academy of Sciences on the appointment.
