（一）第一类：学科领军人才（A类）
A1类：中国科学院院士、工程院院士或与两院院士相当的高层次人才。

B2类：
1．年龄一般在50周岁以下，在教学科研第一线工作，能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务。
2．具有正高级专业技术职务，且一般为博士研究生或为博士生导师（至少指导1届博士研究生），入选省级第一层次人才工程。具有国内外著名大学学习或工作的经历，在国内外相关学科具有较高的学术声誉，具有很强的团结协作精神和学术组织管理能力，能带领现有学术队伍开展高层次的学科建设工作和学术活动。
3．近五年内，人文社科类主持国家级科研项目多项或国家级重点项目1项（外语、艺术等部分专业的人才要求主持国家级教学科研项目1项或省部级科研项目2项及以上）；自然科学类主持国家级重点科研项目1项或主持国家级自然科学基金一般项目2项以上。
4．近五年内，人文社科类被SSCI、A&HCI收录或国内一级学术期刊学术论文或国内一级出版社学术专著5篇（部），其中权威级学术期刊不少于2篇（外语、艺术等部分专业的人才在一级期刊发表论文不少于2篇）；自然科学类SCI收录或国内一级学术期刊发表的学术论文5篇，其中SCI一区期刊论文不少于2篇。或第一完成人获得省部级科研成果二等奖以上1项；人文社科类和自然科学类也可提供近五年内的5篇（部）高水平的第一作者代表作，经校外专家鉴定后认为达到学科带头人（B2类）水平者。
（三）第三类：学科方向负责人（C类）
1．年龄一般在45周岁以下，在教学科研第一线工作，能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务。
2．具有正高级专业技术职务，且一般为博士研究生。国内外一流大学、重点大学、著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先。
3．近五年内，人文社科类主持国家级科研项目1项（外语、艺术等部分专业的人才要求省部级科研项目2项及以上）；自然科学类主持国家级自然科学基金一般项目1项或主持省部级重点项目1项且第一完成人获得省部级科研成果三等奖以上1项。
4．近五年内，人文社科类被SSCI、A&HCI收录或国内一级学术期刊学术论文或国内一级出版社学术专著3篇（部），其中权威级学术期刊不少于1篇（外语、艺术等部分专业的人才在一级期刊发表论文不少于1篇）；自然科学类SCI收录或国内一级学术期刊发表的学术论文3篇，其中SCI一区期刊论文不少于1篇或SCI二区期刊论文不少于2篇；人文社科类和自然科学类也可提供近五年内的3篇（部）高水平的第一作者代表作，经校外专家鉴定后认为达到学科方向负责人（C类）水平者。
5．如应聘者为海外学者，不能满足第3款时，第4款应聘条件应变更为：近五年内，人文社科类发表SCI/EI/SSCI/A&HCI收录或国内一级期刊的学术论文4篇（其中SSCI/A&HCI收录不少于２篇）；自然科学类发表SCI二区期刊论文不少于４篇。
（四）第四类：学术骨干（D类）
1．年龄一般在40周岁以下，在教学科研第一线工作，能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务。
2．具有副高级以上专业技术职务，且一般为博士研究生。国内外一流大学、重点大学、著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先。
3．近五年内，人文社科类主持省部级重大、重点以上科研项目1项以上；或主持省部级项目1项且第一完成人获得省部级科研成果三等奖以上1项。

３．近３年内，人文社科类CSSCI来源期刊、CSCD核心库来源期刊上发表的学术论文2篇，或国内一级期刊发表1篇或国内一级出版社学术专著1部；自然科学类在SCI三、四区收录论文、EI（不包括EIpagone）的期刊论文收录2篇，或发表SCI二区以上1篇。人文社科类和自然科学类也可提供近五年内的1-2篇（部）高水平的第一作者代表作，经校外专家鉴定后认为达到海内外优秀博士（E1类）水平者。
E2类：特殊学科的优秀博士
1．年龄一般在35周岁以下，能够胜任本学科核心课程的讲授任务。

2017 Huzhou University Employment Plan for High-level Talents (teachers)
Located in Huzhou, a beautiful city in the Yangtze River Delta, Huzhou University (ZJHU), a full-time comprehensive university of regular undergraduate, is qualified to recruit and cultivate both undergraduates and postgraduates and serves as a pilot university to implement the national education training programs called “Excellent Doctors” and “Excellent Talents of Agriculture and Forestry”. As a famous historical and cultural city with beautiful landscape and transportation convenience, Huzhou is the first prefecture-level demonstration area of ecological civilization in China and the birthplace of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s “two mountains” thought as well. With Shanghai to the east, Hangzhou on the south, Nanjing to the north and facing Suzhou and Wuxi across from the Lake Taihu, Huzhou, the only city that names after this lake, is an important city in the Yangtze River Delta with profound cultural heritage and excellent ecological environment. The city is only one hour’s drive to Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou and has easy access to the country’s high-speed rail network, which takes the passengers to Beijing, capital of China, within a short period of 4.5 hours.
International Cooperation and Exchange
The University is active in a full range of international cooperation and exchanges in education. To date, it has ties with nearly 30 tertiary institutions in more than 10 countries and such regions as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan successively. We have further a series of young and middle-aged teachers overseas training plans and Foreign Intercollegiate Student Exchange Programs.

Levels of applicants
（I）Group 1: Discipline leading scholar (Type A)
A1: Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering or or world-class talents for research in science and technology fields.
A2: Candidates of “the Innovative Talent Program” , “National Special Support Program to High-level Talents (Ten-thousand Talents Program)” finalists, Ministry of Education(MOE) “Chang Jiang Scholars” specially appointed professors, “National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholar” finalists or scholars working in equivalent positions in famous universities or research institutions at home and abroad.
(II) Group 2: academic leader (Type B)
B1: “National Special Support Program to Outstanding Young Scholars (Ten-thousand Talents Program)” finalists, candidates of “1000 Young Talents Program” , “National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars” finalists, One-hundred Talent Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences, “State-sponsored Young and Middle-aged Academic and Core Facility Leaders Program” finalists, candidates of Zhejiang 1000 Talents Program(Innovative Talent Program), Qianjiang Distinguished Professor or scholars working in equivalent positions in famous universities or research institutions.
B2:1. Under the age of 50 , with relevant experience in teaching and research at University level; and being able to teach core courses and cutting-edge courses in a relevant field of study.
2. A full professorship, a doctoral degree or a doctoral tutor qualification (at least supervising doctoral students that have graduated); being included in first-tier talents projects at provincial level; with experience (study or work) in a renowned university both home and abroad; enjoying academic prestige in relevant field of study at home and abroad; possessing teamwork spirit and administrative ability of academic organization; being able to lead the research group to conduct high-level discipline construction and academic activities.
3. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should lead several national research projects or a minimum of 1 national key research project (1 national education research project or a minimum of 2 research projects at provincial and ministerial level for applicants in such fields as foreign languages and arts); in recent 5 years, applicants with natural science background should lead a minimum of 1 national key research project or 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects.
4. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should publish 5 papers in SSCI journals or A&HCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals or 5 academic monographs in first-tier publishing houses in China, two of which should be published in authoritative academic journals (talents in such fields as foreign languages or arts should publish a minimum of 2 papers in first-tier academic journals); applicants with natural science background should win a minimum of 1 second prize for scientific achievement at the provincial and ministerial level or publish 5 papers in SCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals, 2 of which should be published in SCI Q1 journals. Both types of applicants could provide 5 high-caliber representative works as first author in the past 5 year, which are subject to appraisal by scholars from outside the school as an equivalent of those by an academic leader (Type B2).
(III) Group 3: Discipline leader (Type C)
1. Under the age of 45 , with relevant experience in teaching and research at University level; and being able to teach core courses and cutting-edge courses in a relevant field of study
2. A full professorship and preferably a doctorate in a prominent university or research institution.
3. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should lead 1 national research project (a minimum of 2 research projects at provincial and ministerial level for applicants in such fields as foreign languages and arts); in recent 5 years, applicants with natural science background should lead a minimum of 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, or 1 key project at provincial and ministerial level and win 1 third prize of scientific achievement at provincial and ministerial level as well.
4. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should publish 3 papers in SSCI journals or A&HCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals or 3 academic monographs in first-tier publishing houses in China, 1 of which should be published in authoritative academic journals (talents in such fields as foreign languages or arts should publish a minimum of 1 paper in first-tier academic journals); applicants with natural science background should publish 3 papers in SCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals, of which 1 should be published in SCI Q1 journals and 2 in SCI Q2 journals. Both types of applicants could provide 3 high-caliber representative works as first author in recent 5 years, which are subject to appraisal by scholars from outside the school as an equivalent of those by a discipline leader (Type C).
5. If the overseas scholars fail to meet the terms of Clause 3, the requirements set forth in Clause 4 shall be changed into: at least 4 papers in SCI/EI/ SSCI / A&HCI journals for liberal arts and social sciences (no less than 2 papers in SSCI /A&HCI journals); at least 4 papers in SCI Q2 journals for natural science.
(IV) Group 4: key teachers (Type D)
1. Under the age of 40 , with relevant experience in teaching and research at University level; and being able to teach core courses and cutting-edge courses in a relevant field of study
2. An associate professorship or above and preferably a doctorate in a prominent university or research institution.
3. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should lead at least 1 key research project at provincial and ministerial level, or lead a minimum of 1 research project at provincial and ministerial level and win at least 1 third prize of scientific achievement at provincial and ministerial level as well.
4. In recent 5 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should publish 2 papers in SSCI journals or A&HCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals or 2 academic monographs in first-tier publishing houses in China (talents in such fields as foreign languages or arts should publish a minimum of 1 paper in first-tier Chinese academic journals); applicants with natural science background should publish 2 papers in SCI journals or first-tier Chinese academic journals, of which 1 should be published in SCI Q1 journals or 2 in SCI Q2 journals. Both types of applicants could provide 2 high-caliber representative works as first author in recent 5 years, which are subject to appraisal by scholars from outside the school as an equivalent of those by a Key teacher (D).
(V) Group 5: Outstanding Ph.D.s (Type E)
E1: Outstanding Ph.D.s
1. Under the age of 35 and being able to teach core courses in a relevant field of study
2. Preferably a doctorate in a prominent university or research institution both home and abroad.
3. In the past 3 years, applicants with liberal arts and social sciences background should publish 2 papers in CSSCI journals or CSCD journals or 1 paper in first-tier Chinese academic journals or 1 academic monograph in first-tier publishing houses in China; applicants with natural science background should publish 2 papers in SCI Q3 or Q4 journals or EI (excluding EI PagOne) journals, or 1 paper in SCI Q2 journals. Both types of applicants could provide 1 to 2 high-caliber representative works as first author in recent 5 years, which are subject to appraisal by scholars from outside the school as an equivalent of those by a top-notch Ph. D. at home and abroad (E1).
E2: Outstanding Ph.D.s in a special discipline
1. Under the age of 35 and being able to teach core courses in a relevant field of study
2. A doctoral degree in a prominent university or research institution both home and abroad preferable.
E3: Ph. D.
Under the age of 40 and being able to teach core courses in a relevant field of study; with a research field and experience in presiding over or attending in provincial and ministerial research projects or above as a crucial member; with high-caliber papers published; with teaching competence and scientific research capabilities.
All talents mentioned above, if with extraordinary achievements, are not subject to these requirements and the task and targets set forth during the duration of appointment are open to negotiation.
