　　该校还明确“帮困工作就是温暖工程”、“帮困工作就是扶助工程”的思想，尽可能地为学生提供个性化服务。针对学生中存在经济和学业双困生、甚至身心偏差等多困生的情况，学校加大了技能帮困和心理辅导的力度。
