    高校学生在校期间违法生育的，按照其户口所在地人口与计划生育法规规定处理，所在高校可视其情节轻重给予处分；是党员的，按照中国共产党纪律处分条例的规定处理。

    为保障母婴健康，保持学校正常教学科研秩序，建议已婚女学生生育期间办理休学手续。对于已婚学生合法的生育，学校不得以其生育为由予以退学。各高校设立具有独立职能的计划生育办公室，负责在校学生的计划生育管理和服务工作；并按教职员工、流动人口和学生人数的一定比例，配备专（兼）职计划生育工作人员。
