　　本届文化节先后举行了中国文化的知识竞答、中国茶艺的表演和展示、中国舞蹈表演和灯笼制作的比赛等。奥克兰孔子学院和奥克兰大学国际处表示，希望借此中国文化节的契机，向奥大师生更好地介绍和推广中国文化，加深外国师生对中国的了解，并加大中国学生与新西兰当地学生的交流。

　　据介绍，近年来，越来越多的中国学生来到新西兰学习，有利地促进了中新两国的文化交流，而中国文化节更成为介绍和展现中国文化与形象的重要窗口。
