　　他说，孔子学院在学生掌握好华语后，也会教导他们儒家思想。而他发现，马来人实践了很多儒家思想中良好的价值观，包括孝亲敬老及保持中庸的态度。

　　他说，很多儒家经典语句与马来谚语的意思是相同的，把这些语句与谚语整理起来，有助于交流与包容。
